I was very impressed by your personal ongoing focus and participation in this week's workshop. I know you are aware of how important the Leadership is in driving the team's behavioral change.

Tony has mentored dozens inside and outside of corporate america.   Just days after Hurricane Katrina hit, Tony made the personal sacrifice to travel and help those in the Gulfport area. Volunteering in this area was not for the faint at heart.  He saw horrific sites.  Food for the volunteers was scarce.  Sleeping and bathing conditions were difficult.  However, Tony was determined to assist in getting food and essential supplies to those in hard to reach areas.  While in Gulfport, Tony was able to mentor other volunteers on how to organize this specific relief mission, set goals, and execute a solid plan.  He leveraged his engineering background to bring order to chaos.

Tony has a strong passion for mentoring. He reaches out to diverse employees to coach them on technical and career growth. Many of his protégés have become Senior Certified Professionals. I have personally assigned employees to be mentored by Tony, because I know that he understands the importance of creating a strong diverse pipeline of leaders. He is an excellent technologist, a leader, and mentor.

One of the best and inspiring speakers I've met....Thanks for the great advice along the way.
